Ms. Lee is a sponsor principal of Elstone Capital and is responsible for supervising and leading execution of corporate finance projects. Ms. Lee has over 20 years of experience in the corporate finance industry. Prior to joining Elstone Capital, she was the Head of Corporate Finance and Managing Director of First Shanghai Capital Limited. Ms. Lee has led the execution of numerous IPOs covering various industries as well as a wide range of financial advisory transactions covering takeovers, privatizations, mergers and acquisitions, fund raising exercises and other corporate finance transactions, including the IPO of NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited and HC Group Inc, and the H-share privatization of an A+H shares mainboard company. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration (concentrate in Finance) from the San Francisco State University, U.S.
