Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Receptionist and Administration

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties in a professional manner which include answering telephone enquiries, greeting visitors, arranging tea services for guests and coordinate conference room booking
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails, handling incoming document and courier documents and postage arrangement
  • Basic administrative support not limited to stationaries inventory and ordering, travel & hotel booking, dinning booking etc
  • Provide general administration and clerical support
  • Assist in organizing company events, seminars and staff activities
  • Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of reception counter area and conference rooms
  • Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience would be preferred
  • Proficient in MS office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Pleasant personality with good telephone manner
  • Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Presentable, Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, polite and detail-oriented
  • Can work independently and under pressure

Assistant Manager – Human Resources & Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures and perform full spectrum of HR functions and activities including payroll administration, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
  • Participate in various HR projects such as performance appraisal, insurance renewal and other HR initiatives as required
  • Maintain and update leave record, employee personnel files and other related record
  • Responsible for office admin duty for the company such as office supplies management
  • Perform ad-hoc project as required

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant HR generalist experience, preferably gained from the securities industry
  • Initiative, proactive attitude, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
  • Strong analytical and PC skills including Word and Excel
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance
  • Good presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 regulated activities
  • Oversee daily operation including dealing, risk management, credit control, execution and customer service
  • Comply with regulatory rules and requirements and fulfill all compliance responsibilities as required
  • To formulate, review and update internal control, operational procedures and policies
  • Provide support and assist to the management on business expansion and/or diversification

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Currently holder of Type 1 Responsible Officer
  • Minimum 3 years experience as the Responsible Officers
  • Experienced in front and back office operation
  • Sound and solid knowledge of Securities and Futures Ordinance, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control
  • Experienced in Placing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
